How do I determine the right dance floor size for my event?
A general guideline is that about 40–50% of your guests will be dancing at any given time. We’ll help you choose a floor size based on your guest count, venue layout, and how active you expect your dance floor to be.
What dance floor styles do you offer?
We offer three dance floor styles: an iconic black-and-white checkered floor, a crisp and elegant slate white floor, and a warm maple wood floor.
Is delivery and professional installation included?
Yes. Every rental includes delivery and professional installation by our team so your dance floor is securely set up and ready before your guests arrive.
When does pickup and removal happen?
We coordinate pickup and removal with your venue and event timeline. After your event, our team returns to remove the floor so you don’t have to worry about teardown.
Can the dance floors be used outdoors?
Yes. Our dance floors are water resistant and can be installed outdoors on stable, level ground. They do need protection from the elements, such as a tent or covered patio. Share your venue details and we’ll confirm the best setup for your event.
What surfaces can the floor be installed on?
Our dance floors can typically be installed on most firm, level surfaces such as concrete, wood, and certain types of event flooring. We’ll confirm suitability during the quote process.
How far in advance should I reserve my floor?
We recommend reserving as early as possible, especially during peak wedding season. However, we can often accommodate events on shorter notice depending on availability, so don’t hesitate to reach out.
What is your service area?
We proudly serve Cleveland and Northeast Ohio, from Mentor to Westlake and south to Akron-Canton and Youngstown.
How much does it cost to rent a dance floor?
Our dance floor rentals range from $500 to $1,200. Your price depends on floor style, size, event location, installation requirements, and rental period. Extra charges may apply depending on the venue, where the floor is placed, and whether additional materials are needed. Tell us your event date, venue, and estimated guest count and we’ll provide a personalized quote.
What do I need to reserve a dance floor?
Once we've confirmed your floor size, style, event date, and venue, a 50% deposit reserves your rental. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
What happens if my event plans change?
We understand event details can change. Contact us as soon as possible if your date, venue, guest count, or floor requirements change, and we'll work with you based on availability and the terms of your rental agreement.
